These terms and conditions set out the basis on which you can visit and use the Elsa Lee Paris website. Each order implies the consultation and the acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

It is understood that people considered legally incapable of contracting within the meaning of articles 1123 et seq. Of the Civil Code, in particular minor children who are not emancipated, must obtain the authorization of their legal representative prior to any order. Due to the seasonality of our business, our product offers are valid within the limit of available stocks.


Accuracy of content

ELSA GROUPE SAM has taken every care in the preparation of the content of this website, in particular to ensure that prices quoted are correct at time of publishing and all products have been fairly described. However, orders will only be accepted if there are no material errors in the description of the goods or their prices as advertised on this website. All prices are displayed inclusive of VAT. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on the website. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will accurately reflect the color of the product on delivery. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Elsa groupe disclaims all warranties, express or implied, as to the accuracy of the information contained in any of the materials on this website. Elsa Groupe shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise from the use of any of the information contained in any of the materials on this website.

Password/Account security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account and any activities that occur under your account. Elsa Groupe shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise as a result of any failure by you to protect your password or account.


Damage to your computer

Elsa Groupe makes every effort to ensure that this website is free from viruses or defects. However, we cannot guarantee that your use of this website or any websites accessible through it won't cause damage to your computer. It is your responsibility to ensure that the right equipment is available to use the website and screen out anything that may damage it. Elsa Groupe shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise to computer equipment as a result of using this website.



You can place an order on this website by selecting the products you wish to order and by clicking on the button « add to cart ». You can access the summary content of your shopping cart at any time as long as the order is not definitively validated in order to correct any errors in the data entry. It is only after confirmation of the information provided that the order will be registered. The order is validated once you click on the « Order » button.

We will acknowledge receipt of your order as soon as possible in the form of an e-mail summarizing your purchases. In the event that, regardless of our will, a selected item is unavailable, you will be notified as soon as possible. You can then change your choice if you wish. You can also cancel your order at any time before receiving your package, regardless of the delivery time.

www.elsalee.fr and ELSA GROUPE SAM reserve the right not to honor an order in the event of legitimate reason as defined by the regulation (dispute relating to an earlier order, abnormal request of the customer).



The prices are quoted in Euros including all taxes (French VAT included), except for the fixed contribution to the processing costs of the order of 6.95 € for a standard delivery (in Metropolitan France). The products remain the property of www.elsalee.fr and ELSA GROUPE SAM until the full payment of the price.



The payment is made online, at the time of the order, by credit card thanks to the Credit Agricole payment module. The VISA and EUROCARD MASTERCARD debit cards (except E-cards) with an account in  Metropolitan France (Corsica included) and in the French overseas departments are accepted.

The transactions made by debit card on the website www.elsalee.fr are secured by the payment system E-Transaction. All information exchanged to process payment (16-digit card number, expiration date, visual cryptogram) is encrypted using SSL. This data can not be detected, intercepted or used by third parties. They are also not stored on our computer system. 

Purchases by debit card (VISA and MASTERCARD) can be secured by the 3D Secure control system. When you pay by debit card, if your bank joins the "Verified by Visa" or "Secure Code Mastercard" payment security program, after clicking on the "Order and pay" button, a new screen asks you to identify yourself, with a code received by sms.



In order to ensure a quality service, our brand has chosen to partner with DPD France by offering you two modes of delivery, simple and fast.

Subject to acceptance of your order, your parcel will be delivered within 2 to 3 days (excluding bank holidays, for a delivery of non-personalized items available in France, including Corsica from Monday to Saturday).

Delivery by Relais Pickup: 6,95 € (free of charge if the order is over 75 €)

• Wide opening hours (75% of the drop off points open between 9 am and 7 pm).

• Drop off points open on weekends.

• Drop off points keep your parcel for up to 9 days in order to ensure a greater freedom.

Shipping by Predict: 6,95 € (free of charge if the order is over 75 €)

Set the time and date that best suit you.

• The day of dispatch, you will be notified by SMS or e-mail of the delivery date. At your request, you can extend the delivery date by 1 to 3 days.

• If we do not have any news from you, your package will be automatically delivered the next business day.

• On the delivery day, you will be notified by SMS or e-mail of the delivery time slot you have selected.


Shipping costs include packaging, handling and postage. We advise you to gather your purchases into a single order. We can not group two separate orders and you will have to pay the shipping costs for each. Your parcel is shipped at your own risk, however we give special care to each parcel to make sue you are pleased with our service and website.

Carefully check the condition and the contents of the parcel when you receive it. In case it is damaged or if something is missing, we thank you for informing us by contacting our advisors at the address contact@elsalee.fr as soon as possible.

Any delay or failure to perform the services provided shall not constitute an attributable fault to ELSA GROUPE SAM insofar as it may be justified that this delay or failure to perform is attributable to the consumer, or a third party to the contract, or to a case of emergency as defined by the regulations, in accordance with Article L.



In accordance with the law, you have a period of 14 days from the date of receipt of your parcel (or when ordering several items delivered separately, from the date of receipt of the last item) to inform us of your decision to cancel the order for any reason.

To this end, you can use the Sale cancellation form accompanying your invoice. Your item(s) must be returned to us within 14 days of the date you notify us of your décision.

To protect your item during transport, simply place it carefully in its case and then in a suitable cardboard packaging (do not use paper envelope) and send it to the address indicated on the return voucher, accompanied by the "return receipt", the invoice and any instructions for use, with your precise instructions. Since the shipping costs and risks are to be paid by the sender, we remind you that your item(s) can only be returned to us by registered parcel or by way of declared value as part of the universal postal service offer in accordance with regulations.

Only items returned in new condition and without having undergone a transformation into a state permitting their resale will be exchanged or refunded. Items returned incomplete (instructions for use, box, invoice), damaged will not be taken back.

A discount may be deducted from the take-back price if the item has suffered a depreciation resulting from manipulations other than those necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and proper functioning of the article.

The refund will take place no later than 30 days from receipt of the item or proof of shipping of the item (if the return receipt is communicated to us before receipt of the item) according to the same method of payment, unless otherwise agreed by the customer and at no extra charge. The refund or exchange will be made by ELSA GROUPE SAM after checking the condition of the item.

The return fees will not be refunded excepted in the case of replacement by ELSA GROUPE SAM of an unavailable article or in case of delivery of a faulty or non-compliant item.


Elsa Lee Paris one year Warranty

The ELSA LEE PARIS warranty applies to ELSA LEE PARIS jewelry and watches. It is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase on the invoice. Your jewelry is guaranteed against manufacturing defects for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase. This warranty extends to normal use.

The following are expressly excluded from the warranty: defects resulting from accidents, improper or abusive handling or use (such as shocks, bruises, crushing, exposure to corrosive agents) and the consequences of the skin acidity, wear and normal aging of the jewel. Losses or breaks resulting from an accidental circumstance are not included in this warranty. This warranty does not include wear and tear and aging (battery, watch bracelet, hollow mesh crushing).

Any defective part due to a manufacturing defect duly noted by our after-sales service will be repaired free of charge or, if not possible, replaced. To benefit from your warranty, it is necessary to have the invoice dated at the date of purchase.

If you have any problems during this warranty period, please contact us at contact@elsalee.co.uk and then simply return your item with your precise instructions, we will examine it for free.

Since the shipping costs are to be paid by the sender, we remind you that your item(s) can only be returned to us by registered parcel or by way of declared value as part of the universal postal service offer in accordance with regulations. We do not acknowledge receipt of your shipment.


Legal Warranties

The seller is liable for defects in conformity of the goods sold in accordance with articles L. 211-4 and following of the Consumer Code:

- You have a two years period from the delivery of the item(s) to act;

- You can choose between the repair or the replacement of the item(s), subject to the cost conditions provided for by Article L. 211-9 of the Consumer Code;

- You are exempted from providing proof of the non-compliance of the item(s) during the two years following the delivery of the item(s)


The seller is also liable for the item(s) hidden defects under the conditions stipulated in articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code, legal warranty of hidden defects for which you have a direct appeal against the seller.

You can choose between the cancellation of the sale or a reduction of the sale price in accordance with article 1644 of the Civil Code.


- Article L211-4 of the Consumer Code

« The seller is obliged to deliver goods in compliance with the contract and is liable for defects of conformity existing at the time of issue »


- Article L211-5 of the Consumer Code

« To comply with the contract, the property must:

1 ° Be fit for the customary use of a similar good and, where applicable:

- correspond to the description given by the seller and possess the qualities which he has presented to the buyer in the form of a sample or a model;

- present the qualities that a buyer can legitimately expect in view of public statements made by the seller, the producer or his representative, in particular in advertising or labeling;


2 ° Or present the characteristics defined by mutual agreement by the parties or be specific to any special use sought by the buyer, brought to the knowledge of the seller and which the latter has accepted. »


Article L211-9 Consumption Code

« In case of lack of compliance, the buyer chooses between the repair and the replacement of the item. However, the seller may not proceed according to the choice of the buyer if this choice entails a cost manifestly disproportionate with regard to the other modality, taking into account the value of the item or the importance of the defect. He is then obliged to proceed according to the modality not chosen by the buyer. 

Article L211-12 Consumer Code

« The action resulting from the lack of compliance is prescribed by two years from the delivery of the item(s). »

Article 1641 of the Civil Code: « The seller is liable for the hidden defects of the sold item(s) which make them unsuitable for the use, or which so diminishes this use, that the buyer would have not acquired, or would have given a lesser price if he had known them. » 

Art. 1641. « The seller is liable for the hidden defects of the thing sold which render it unfit for the use for which it is intended, or which so diminishes that use, that the buyer would not have acquired it, Or would have given a lesser price if he had known them. »

Article 1648, paragraph 1, of the Civil Code: « The action resulting from the crippling defects must be instituted by the buyer within two years from the discovery of the defect. In the case provided for in Article 1642-1, the action must be brought, on pain of foreclosure, within one year after the date on which the seller can be discharged from apparent defects.


After-sales service

At ELSA LEE PARIS, qualified professionals are at your disposal to carry out a repair. The technicians of our After-Sales Service can also take action after the ELSA LEE PARIS warranty. In order to benefit from this service, please contact our services at contact@elsalee.fr.

Return your item(s) with the invoice, specifying the nature of the repair. For safety reasons, send your item(s) for repair only by post. The shipping costs of the item are at your expense. To protect your product during shipping, place it carefully in its original packaging (do not use paper envelope). The costs and risks of transport having to be paid by the sender, we remind you that your articles can only be returned by registered mail or by sending value declared as part of the supply of the universal postal service, in accordance with Regulations.

A free estimate can be sent to you by reception of your article. You will then have a period of one month from its date of issue to return it with your agreement. A 20% deposit may be requested. The work will be done after receipt of the agreed estimate within the time specified on the estimate, and your article will be returned to your address, at our expense, if the intervention is not doable or in case of refusal of your choice. In case of repair performed outside the guarantee, the costs of returning the item(s) will be at your expense.

Our interventions are guaranteed one year (parts and labor) within the limit of normal use.

In accordance with the law, you have a period of 14 days from the date of signing the service quote to retract you. In case of withdrawal within this period, we will refund the 20% deposit, at the latest 14 days after the receipt of your decision, with the same payment method. The costs of returning the item will be at our expense.

If a repair is carried out at your request before the expiry of the statutory period of withdrawal, you will have to pay the amount corresponding to the service provided until you have notified your decision to withdraw. This amount is proportionate to the total price of the service agreed in the quotation.


Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These General Terms and Conditions and the related contractual relations are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be brought before the competent courts in accordance with the rules of common law (or private international law).


Intellectual property

The website www.elsalee.fr and all its elements are protected by the intellectual property rights in force. They are the exclusive property of ELSA GROUPE SAM or its partners. The use of this website is reserved for a strictly personal use. Any use, reproduction, exploitation, representation in whole or in part and on any medium whatsoever, for other than personal purposes, is prohibited and penalized. Any hypertext link referring directly to this website must be expressly authorized by us.
