What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following bank cards:

  • VISA
  • CB
  • EUROCARD MASTERCARD

E-cards are not accepted.

The account must be domiciled in Metropolitan France (including Corsica) or in the French overseas departments.
Is my payment secure?

Yes. Transactions made on elsalee.fr are secured by the BNP Mercanet payment system and protected by the SSL protocol, which encrypts all data (card number, expiration date, cryptogram).

This information cannot be intercepted or used by third parties and is never stored on our servers.
What is 3D Secure?

To enhance security, your payments can be validated by the 3D Secure system ("Verified by Visa", "Secure Code Mastercard", "Paiement sécurisé CB").

This device requires, after validating your order, additional authentication (for example: a code received by SMS from your bank).
Do you offer payment facilities?

Not at this time. Purchases are paid for in one payment at the time of ordering.
