Make a return
We hope you are completely satisfied with your jewelry. However, if you would like to make a return, here is all the useful information.
Withdrawal period
In accordance with the law, you have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order (or the last item in the case of a multiple order) to exercise your right of withdrawal, whatever the reason.
Return conditions
After informing us of your wish to return by email, you have 30 days to return the item to the address indicated below. Returns must be:
- In new condition, unworn and unaltered
- Accompanied by the invoice and any instructions for use
- Accompanied by the return form to download below. Without this document, the processing of your return will be delayed.
- Presented in their original box, carefully protected in a suitable package (no paper envelope)

Transport & return costs
The costs and risks associated with the return are the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend that you send the package by registered or declared value , in accordance with postal regulations.
Eligibility for refund or exchange
Only items in perfect condition and complete (box, invoice, instructions) can be exchanged or refunded.
Refund & Exchange Deadline
- Refund or exchange is made within 30 days maximum after receipt of the item.
- The refund will be made using the same payment method as that used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed by the customer and without additional costs.
Please note
Items purchased online cannot be returned or exchanged in store or at the corner.
Return costs are only refunded if the item received is defective or not as ordered.
