Return your jewelry to us , along with its invoice and the After-Sales Service Form.
- Pack the jewel in its original case , protected in a solid cardboard box (avoid paper envelopes)
- As the costs and risks of transport are the responsibility of the customer, we strongly advise you to send your package by registered mail or with declared value.

You can drop off your jewelry directly in-store. Visit your nearest Elsa Lee Paris corner at Printemps or Galeries Lafayette .
Our on-site facilitator will be happy to follow up on your file and send your jewelry to our workshops.
Quotes & Repairs
- A free quote will be sent to you upon receipt of the item
- You have 30 days to accept the quote
- A 20% deposit may be requested
- In case of refusal, your jewelry will be returned to you free of charge.
If you accept the quote, the repair will be carried out as soon as possible.
In the event of an intervention outside of warranty , the return costs are your responsibility.
Right of withdrawal
- You have 14 days after signing the quote to withdraw.
- The deposit will be refunded in the event of withdrawal
- If you request immediate execution of the repair before the end of the legal withdrawal period, and you subsequently withdraw, you will have to pay an amount corresponding to the service already provided. This amount is proportional to the total price of the service agreed in the estimate.
