Transporting your package

To ensure quality service, our brand has chosen to partner with DPD France , offering you two simple and fast delivery methods.

Subject to acceptance of your order and depending on the quantity of our stocks (order processing may take 3 to 4 working days) your package will be delivered within 48 working hours after dispatch (excluding public holidays, for delivery of non-personalized items available in Metropolitan France, including Corsica, to your home from Monday to Saturday).

Pickup Relay Delivery: Free

• More than 5,000 relay points available.
• 75% of relays open between 9 a.m. and 7 p.m.
• 100% open on Saturday, almost 50% on Sunday.
• 9-day storage period.

Delivery by Predict: €6.95 (free for purchases over €75*)

• Notification by SMS or email on the day of dispatch.
• Possibility of delaying delivery by 1 to 3 days.
• Automatic delivery the next business day if no response.
• SMS/email notification of time slot on delivery day.

📍 A tracking link will be provided to you as soon as your package is shipped.

Additional information:

Shipping costs include packaging, handling, and postage. We recommend consolidating your purchases into a single order. We cannot combine two separate orders, and you will be responsible for paying shipping costs for each order.

Upon receipt, check the condition of the package. In case of damage or missing product, contact us quickly at contact@elsalee.fr . If your package is delivered against signature, remember to make specific reservations on the delivery receipt.

Any delay due to a case of force majeure or a third party to the contract cannot engage the responsibility of ELSA GROUPE SAM (in accordance with article L. 121-19-4 of the Consumer Code).
