After-Sales Service (SAV) – Repairs and warranties
Do you offer after-sales service for your jewelry?
Yes. Qualified professionals carry out the revision or repair of your ELSA LEE PARIS jewelry, including after the end of the warranty .
How to request a repair?
- Write to us at contact@elsalee.fr specifying the nature of the repair.
- Send the jewel by post with its invoice .
Shipping costs to our workshop are the responsibility of the customer.
How should I properly package my jewelry for shipping?
- Place the jewel in its original case (no paper envelope).
- Use a suitable cardboard box with protection.
- Ship by registered or declared value parcel (official postal service).

Is the quote free? Do I need to pay a deposit?
The quote is free and sent after receipt and inspection of the jewel. You have 1 month to return the accepted quote to us. A 20% deposit may be requested before starting work.
What happens if I refuse the quote or if the repair is impossible?
Your jewelry will be returned to you at our expense if the intervention is impossible or if the quote is refused.
Who pays the shipping costs?
- Shipping to our workshop : at the customer's expense.
- Return from our workshop : at your expense if the repair is out of warranty ; at our expense if intervention is not possible or the quote is refused.
What warranty applies to the repair?
Our interventions are guaranteed for 1 year (parts and labor) under normal use.
Do I have a right of withdrawal after signing the quote?
Yes, you have 14 days from the date you signed the quote to withdraw. Any deposit will be refunded within 14 days of receiving your decision, via the same payment method (unless otherwise agreed).
If you request the repair to be carried out before the end of the legal deadline , you will have to pay the portion corresponding to the service already carried out.
