Delivery methods and package tracking

What are your delivery methods and prices?

We work with DPD France and offer two modes:

Pickup Relay : €6.95 (free for purchases of €75 or more)

  • More than 5,000 relay points
  • 75% open between 9am and 7pm, open on Saturdays (nearly 50% on Sundays)
  • Storage period: 9 days

DPD Predict (home delivery) : €6.95 (free for purchases over €75)

  • Notification by SMS/email on the day of dispatch
  • Possibility of delaying delivery by 1 to 3 days
  • Automatic delivery the next business day if no response
  • Time slot communicated on the day of delivery

* Discount automatically applied for purchases over €75. Valid in mainland France (including Corsica).
What are the processing and delivery times?
  • Order processing : 1 to 3 working days
  • Delivery : on average 48 working hours after dispatch (excluding public holidays, for non-personalized items, in mainland France and Corsica)

During busy periods (Christmas, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day), delivery times may be slightly longer. We recommend ordering in advance.
Can I track my package?

Yes. A tracking link will be emailed to you as soon as your order is shipped.
What are the shipping costs exactly?

Shipping costs include packaging, handling, and postage. Consider combining your purchases into a single order: we cannot merge two separate orders, and fees apply for each.
What should I do if my package is damaged, incomplete or late?

Check the condition and contents of the package upon receipt. In the event of damage or missing products, contact us immediately at contact@elsalee.fr . If your package is delivered against signature, make specific and justified reservations on the delivery receipt.

Delays due to force majeure or the actions of a third party are not the responsibility of ELSA GROUPE SAM (art. L. 121-19-4 of the Consumer Code).
