How to order on our site?
Orders can only be placed online at elsalee.fr .
Simply browse our collections, select your items, and then click "Add to Cart" .
Then confirm your purchase via our secure payment page.
A customer account is required to track your orders and access your purchase history.
What payment methods do you accept?
Payment is made online, at the time of ordering, via the secure BNP Mercanet module.
We accept VISA, CB and Eurocard/Mastercard bank cards (excluding e-cartes bleues).
Transactions are protected by SSL protocol and can be secured by the 3D Secure system (SMS code sent by your bank).
What are your processing and shipping times?
- Order processing : between 1 and 3 working days .
- Shipping : depending on the delivery method chosen (Predict or Relais Pickup).
- Special periods : during holidays (Christmas, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day), the delivery time may be slightly longer. We therefore recommend ordering in advance .
Can I modify or cancel my order after validation?
Once validated, an order can no longer be modified online .
For any urgent requests, please contact us immediately at contact@elsalee.fr before shipping to see if a modification is still possible.
Can custom products be changed or canceled?
Personalized products cannot be modified or canceled after the order has been validated.
